It all began when I was gifted a mushroom grow kit. At first, curiosity took over. But soon, the joy of watching lion's mane and oyster mushrooms flourish became unparalleled. These aren't just any mushrooms; these are nature's secret weapons for a dinner that shouts luxury.

Garlic Butter Mushroom Pasta:

Ingredients:

  1. 8 oz spaghetti or your favorite pasta

  2. 1 cup lion's mane mushroom, sliced

  3. 1 cup oyster mushroom, sliced

  4. 4 cloves garlic, minced

  5. 4 tbsp vegan butter (or regular, if preferred)

  6. Salt and pepper to taste

  7. Fresh parsley, finely chopped

  8. 1/2 cup vegan parmesan cheese (or regular)

Instructions:

  1. Pasta Perfection: Cook pasta in salted water following the package directions. Drain and set aside.

  2. Mushroom Mastery: In a skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter. Introduce the lion's mane and oyster mushrooms. Season with salt and pepper. Cook till they’re golden.
